In Part 1, you learned something important: your brain was never broken. It was never lazy, undisciplined, or a problem to be fixed — it was just running on a different operating system, one that mainstream productivity advice was never built to support.

That understanding was the foundation. But understanding your brain is only half the work. The other half is learning how to work with it.

That's exactly what Part 2 is for.

This isn't a rigid plan you'll abandon by Wednesday, a 5am morning routine, or a colour-coded system that looks beautiful on Pinterest and falls apart in real life. It's the Buffet Method — a system built specifically for a brain that doesn't run on consistent motivation, straight lines, or perfect follow-through.

Inside you will find:
The Buffet Method — a flexible, three-part system (Main Goals, Task Buffet, Now Pile) that replaces rigid to-do lists with something your brain can actually use on good days and bad ones
Dopamine Stacking — four practical techniques (pairing, sequencing, novelty injection, body doubling) for making hard tasks easier to start
The Non-Linear Week — a way to map your real energy patterns and plan around them instead of pretending every day has the same capacity
The Weekly Reset — a three-question check-in that takes five minutes and never turns into a shame spiral
The Restart Cycle — what to do when you fall off, because you will, and why that's not failure
A fillable Personal Buffet Blueprint to build your own system as you read, plus a printable Weekly Reset Card

Short enough to work through in one sitting. Practical enough to start using today.
Because a system that only works on your best days was never really a system. This one is built to survive your actual life — restarts, hard days, and all.
You understand your brain now. This is where you build with it.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Wired Differently is a three-part guide series designed to help you understand how an ADHD brain works, build systems that actually fit the way it operates, and apply that understanding to everyday life. Part 1 focuses on understanding your brain, Part 2 on building a workable system, and Part 3 on living with it more sustainably.
  • The series is designed to be read in order because each part builds on the previous one. Part 1 gives you the understanding, Part 2 turns that understanding into a practical system, and Part 3 brings everything into your relationships, emotions, environment, rest, and everyday life. That said, each guide can still be useful on its own.
  • No. The series was specifically designed around the idea that rigid productivity systems often fail when they assume consistent motivation, energy, attention, and follow-through. Part 2 introduces a flexible system built around how your capacity actually changes, rather than expecting every day to look the same.
  • No. The guides are educational and practical, not diagnostic or medical treatment. They are designed to help you understand common ADHD-related patterns, recognise what may be happening in your own life, and experiment with more supportive ways of working and living. They are not a substitute for individual professional assessment or care.
  • You receive the digital guides included in the collection as instant PDF downloads. You can read them on your phone, tablet, computer, or print them at home. The complete series includes all three parts: Understanding Your Brain, Building Your System, and Living It.

This is the first productivity guide that's ever said "you will fall off" out loud instead of pretending it won't happen. That alone made me trust the rest of it more. The Restart Tax concept is going to stick with me , the idea that the goal isn't zero gaps, it's making the first step back small enough to actually take. Its Practical , kind and doesn't waste time.

My partner has ADHD and I bought this to understand him better, ended up finding it useful for myself too even though I don't have it. The "your brain doesn't need fixing" framing throughout is kind, not condescending, which a lot of this genre gets wrong. He said the energy mapping chart is the first productivity thing that didn't make him feel like a failure by Tuesday. That's a real endorsement coming from him.

The Restart Tax.. wow. I didn't even know there was a name for that feeling. For me ,That section alone made the whole book worth it.
